Also known as the Havana Silk Dog, Spanish Silk Poodle, Blanquito Cubano, Havaneser, Bichon Havanese, Bichon Habanero and many other names. They belong to the Bichon family of dogs which also includes the Bichon Frise, Maltese, Bolognese, Bolonka, Coton de Tulear, and the Lowchen.
