Kay Edson was born and raised in Alabama until one day she married her husband who swept her off her feet to join him in military pursuit. They went many places in his career until he retired. Drawing has always been a favorite pastime. Using her art in her profession of teaching elementary school was very natural way to express her self and enhance learnin. She has had many commissions for portraits of homes as well as other establishments. Margie has dabbled in oils, acrylics, pen and ink, and recently deve.

Neglect not the gift that is within thee. Pat Mennenger believes that art should be uplifting. She strives to make each piece a positive experience for herself and those around her. Before moving to Franklin she was a member of Tampa Realistic Artists, Inc. She held several offices on the Board of Directors and was Newsletter Editor for five years before taking office as President.
