Sunday, October 26, 2008. I have reached the 10 pd. mark! I am starting to fit into my smaller clothes! Still a bit tight, but I see a huge improvement! Well, we will have to see how tomorrow goes. I only got one shake in this morning then had a 230 calorie meal at lunch and then another 400 for dinner. Tomorrow will tell if I blew it! I still ate really healthy! We purchased our x-country skis yesterday and we are all set and ready to go! Bring on the mountain snow! I need that kind of motivation! I rea.
