Sunday, March 7, 2010. Been a long time since I have raced. The KD Shamrock 5K was a good way to shake the cobwebs loose before the ING Atlanta Marathon at the end of the month. I had to sign up for something to get me motivated to train hard and consistently. My wife was a KD and 2 of our babysitters for our twins are KDs. As you would suspect, there were a lot of 18-24 year old participating. The route was quite hilly and offer numerous challenges for such a short course of a 5K.

But u really my best banana brother. And I always care it so. I just need to keep communication with my friends. Especially the important one . Rou , banana , yew min , Bibi , boom kit , fei doi , dog Qing , Khoo2 . They both important to me. Some time treat me suck.
